FFL Services

FFL & SOT info available upon request. Transfer fees are determined at our discretion and are subject to change without notice:

• $25 from small businesses, for private transfers and for consignment items in-store
• $35 from online retailers & Gunbroker (i.e, Primary Arms, Glock Store)
• $100 from Palmetto State Armory & other drop ship companies at our discretion

Any firearm shipped to us expressly confirms your agreement of our rates stated above. In the event that you disagree with our fees after we receive your firearm, you will be responsible for the shipping costs stated below to your FFL of choice.

While we try to be competitive in the retail space, adverse businesses such as Palmetto State Armory has made it very difficult. Please let us help you in-store before you look for the cheapest options online. We'd greatly appreciate your business and we hope you understand our position.

For any FFL & SOT shipments, signatures are required. Our drivers have been instructed to withhold packages that require signatures if we are not open/available. We are not responsible for lost/stolen firearms/NFA items due to unsafe shipping & handling practices. Please make sure you trust your FFL.

We charge a $50 fee to safely ship firearms to FFL's in addition to FedEx/UPS expedited rates. Please call or stop in for a quote.

SOT & NFA services

NFA & ATF eForm services are avaiable directly in-store. Our approval times are typically 5 days faster than Silencer Shop as we submit your forms at the time of purchase.

NFA items transferred between dealers require an ATF Form 3 to be approved before the item can be shipped. Please allow upwards of a week for items to ship and arrive. Once here, we will then call you in to certify your ATF Form 4. Please allow for an additional 2 weeks after we submit your eForms before approval.

As everyone is eagerly waiting for $0 NFA tax stamps, we highly recommend you purchase your NFA item in-store while ins stock. We will have you back in after the new year to certify your eForms. Your NFA item will safely remain in our possession until the ATF approves your Form 4.

We are not lawyers and cannot offer legal advice regarding trusts. Please research the requirements and stipulations for your preferred trust and have the necessary documents ready before certification.

Our prices and services are subject to change without notice:

• Free Form 4 services with any NFA purchase in-store (EFT and photo files not provided)
• $100 Service charge for any NFA item transferred to our store (EFT and photo files not provided)
• $50 Fingerprinting & Photo services for your own eForms (EFT and photo files emailed to you)
• $50 Form 1 engraving service. Current turnaround time is 1 week.
• $100 NFA item private transfer service. Funds will be kept in an escrow account until the buyer's Form 4 is approved. This is a PAPER FORM 4 service with paper finger prints and photo services
